PROPOSTA RECONVERTIDA: Una protectora de gats o d'animals té un cost que comprometrà exercicis futurs però el PAM inclou un estudi de viabilitatper poder-ne construir una al municipi. En relació als gats i sobretot gats de carrer (la proposta va adreçada a gats de carrer), a Palau hi tenim el Programa de gestió de colònies de gats de carrer i aquest marc les directrius que hem de seguir per poder-ho fer d'acord amb les normatives vigents.
